Deepening Coatue’s operations talent across sustainability & recruiting: Welcoming Alexandra Hirsch and Alice Colantuoni

We are delighted to welcome Alexandra Hirsch and Alice Colantuoni to the Coatue team as we deepen our operations talent across sustainability and recruiting.

Announcing Coatue’s new Head of ESG

Alexandra Hirsch will build on the firm’s commitment to sustainability as Head of ESG, based in New York. Alexandra joins us from BlackRock, where she was Head of Sustainable Product Research and Design on the sustainable investing team.

We are excited for Alexandra to work with our investment partners, portfolio companies, and LPs as we continue to find ways to integrate sound ESG practices into our own business and leverage our ESG experience for the benefit of our founders.

Deepening recruiting & talent operations

Alice Colantuoni joins our recruiting team to help us grow the Coatue team and recruit for internal roles. She spent over a decade in search, most recently as Vice President at Dynamics Search Partners, working to recruit star performers in the investment space.
